MOON KNIGHT Finale Trailer Sees Marc Spector Power Up For An Epic Battle Against Arthur Harrow MOON KNIGHT Finale Trailer Sees Marc Spector Power Up For An Epic Battle Against Arthur Harrow

We're less than 48 hours away from the series finale of Moon Knight, and Marvel Studios has just dropped one last trailer for the show. While much of it is made up of footage from the first five chapters, we do get to see some action-packed scenes from the finale, and it looks absolutely epic.

Clearly, Arthur Harrow has succeeded in his plan to free Ammit, while Marc Spector has once again been imbued with the power of Khonshu. It's a little odd to have ended last week's penultimate episode on such a big cliffhanger when promos have teased this final battle from very early on, but we're optimistic that Moon Knight will stick the landing and deliver a satisfying ending to this story.

During a recent interview with The New York Times, Oscar Isaac addressed his future as this hero. "It’s a new character that we’re taking a chance on. The nature of the story is this investigation, this slow-reveal mystery. If it goes somewhere else, that’s great," he teased. "I’m glad it’s not just an advertisement for synergy." In other words, don't bank on a stinger promising season 2!

Moon Knight has been criticised by some fans for not including enough costumed action, but there's a strong chance Marvel Studios has deliberately kept us waiting for that in this final episode.

Still debating wether I'll watch the Moon Knight finale before or after Multiverse of Madness on Wednesday.

@Kyos - Thats an easy one for me. MK arrives in the morning where I live and MoM doesn't open until the evening. Throw in a couple of hours of work in between..

The show has been pretty good

I just want that after the final episode

My Hype for Moon Knight moving forward is at a 10

I'm very on the fence with the character interpretation, on one side the characters Powers fit the story they're telling but in the comics he's not powerful like that and more like a vigilante so far gone that he's relentless, hopefully they find a middle ground in the future

@Dannywest - Depends on the comics. I think he once got a serious power boost from Konshu and actually fought the Avengers.

@Kyos - thats in one of the recents run which is kinda disliked by MK fans and comic fans in general for how out of character he is in it

I've enjoyed the show, but it's a real shame how little we've actually seen of Moon Knight. I can see why people don't like it.

The last episode wasn't really doing it for me.

They should give him a movie after this. So we get more Moon Knight action

Don't know how are they going to do She Hulk with TV budget

This show is a mixture of enjoyment and disappointment.
Good show just disappointed with how little Moon Knight screen time we’ve actually gotten.

This show has been a huge let down. Mr. Knight was portrayed as a bumbling idiot. We barely see the actual Moon Knight. Costumes are amazing. Story is junk unless you have an overwhelming amount of estrogen. Which is in abundance with a lot of soy boys nowadays.

Kumkani - 5/2/2022, 12:36 PM
@Sbildedrater - Imagine using the phrase "soy boy" in 2022

ElricReturns
ElricReturns - 5/2/2022, 12:43 PM
@Kumkani - wtf is a soy boy? Is that racist?

I'm old and have never heard that term so I find it funny it's already an out of date term apparently lol
Sbildedrater
Sbildedrater - 5/2/2022, 12:51 PM
@ElricReturns - Its all the men out there that act like little boys and have no spine. What Arnold Schwarzenegger would call “girly men” and this is in no reference to LGBTQ. It references “men” that get offended easily and don’t have a normal level of testosterone.
Kumkani
Kumkani - 5/2/2022, 12:56 PM
@ElricReturns - It's an 'insult' used by wannabe "alpha males" and stupid gym bros (mind you, I am a gym bro but not a stupid one) that think soy milk and soy products gives men man-boobs.

It comes from an infamous pseudo-science article that claims this because soy contains a plant-based estrogen enzyme, and so many dumb people fell for it despite the fact that the article was never peer-reviewed, it has never been backed by any other scientific study, and anyone who didn't fail biology in high school knows that plants and animals are not the same, so therefore plant-based estrogen and animal based estrogen are not the same.

So when someone calls you a soy boy, not only do they believe the above nonsense but they're trying to insult your masculinity.

@Kumkani - the part that humours me is that you reference a detailed article about the word when it just a simple sarcastic statement. Then you deliver an insult calling people “wannabe” alpha males. What makes your insult any less mature than mine? That, my friend, is called hypocrisy. But keep peddling 🤣 ✌🏼

@LukeCage2155 - Why? Is someone going to insult me? Oh no. Please! Not an insult. I can’t handle someone online talking tough 🤣

SerKurtWagner
SerKurtWagner - 5/2/2022, 3:07 PM
@Sbildedrater - It's "wannabe" because, just like your ridiculous soy conspiracy, "Alpha Male" is an imaginary concept. The "alpha" concept in pack species was never meant to apply to humans, and is now seen as not even being accurate in the original species studied.
Sbildedrater
Sbildedrater - 5/2/2022, 4:58 PM
@SerKurtWagner - Didn’t realize sarcasm would trigger so many soy boys (disclaimer that this is not meant to scientifically accurate, historically accurate or anything other than a joke comment- so don’t get too serious). Stand up and shake it out buddy.

If this manages to stick the landing, it'll probably cement itself as the best D+ series thus far.
Kumkani
Kumkani - 5/2/2022, 1:01 PM
@DrReedRichards - I've been liking it so far, but I really don't think WandaVision has been topped. Ralph Bonner and the generic CG battle aside, I still thought the finale was extremely emotionally effective and the episodes before it were just so good and bursting with creativity many comic book films and shows actually matched.

Loki is the only one that's come close for me but I'm hoping Moon Knight lands well too.
Sbildedrater
Sbildedrater - 5/2/2022, 1:10 PM
@Kumkani - and I have to agree with you here, Wandavision was amazing!
DrReedRichards
DrReedRichards - 5/2/2022, 1:17 PM
@Kumkani -

Loki managed to top WandaVision for me, and Moon Knight has already done the same with its greater focus on psychology rather than action, which all three have excelled at.

On another note, did you catch yesterday's DS:MoM leaks?
