It looked great tonally. Kirby is going to be the standout. Ebon too perhaps. Pedro needs to lose the moustache it makes me remember he's Pedro rather than Reed.

@WruceBayne - It just makes me feel like I'm watching Pedro. He's got the 60s accent down. I just see Pedro with that stache. If you get rid of it and keep the greying side-hair....I start to sink into the story and can see Reed.

@McMurdo - Ive seen him before without the stache. I actually kinda like it as a elseworld thing, but im not sure why he has it. He's looked good without it.

@McMurdo - I agree that I'd like to see him lose the mustache as well, but I don't think that it's a permanent thing. In the early 60s in the US that was a VERY common look (along with the pomade in the hair, the cardigan sweater, etc.), so they are probably just having him wearing it as a sign of the times, and it looks very appropriate. Also, I haven't watched this new version of the trailer that the above article is referencing, but the previous one looked like he had more facial hair, just that the mustache was more prominent.

Anyhow, I wouldn't be surprised if when we see him next (or even by the end of this movie), he's either gone full beard or clean-shaven. Remember that Marvel always likes to evolve the appearances of their characters to reflect personal growth, and Hasbro likes it to sell more toys 😉.

When Reed talks about Sunday family dinner , both him and sue kinda embrace but give each other this look in the trailer that makes it seem like not everything is good in their family or perhaps trouble in their marriage…

Maybe I misread it and this was footage they had shot to just get a grasp of the feel and tone they are going for but I think they likely used elements from the actual script so probably this does start with them all estranged from each other but due to the threat of Galactus , have to come back together and mend old grudges or wounds?.

Anyway , we’ll see but looking forward to the film regardless!!.

@FireandBlood - we got different kang , ghost and taskmaster now complained about them only taskmaster even with don cheadle who shorter less muscle mass to Jim Rohde in comics and foot shorter no one complained about him

However the only thing that gives me pause is her being cast so soon because she wouldn’t be doing mo-cap for the character unless they already have recorded her lines so the rest of the cast have someone to play off in their scenes with the robot.

Otherwise with Ben seemingly on a dating show , we could get her as this older & more tougher Alicia Masters too.

Wait! I found one they missed and it actually looks good. I love the Raygun Gothic and Atompunk theme they've got going on, reminds me of the Fallout and Bioshock games. Wish more people would experiment with that aesthetic.
