They’ll prob reboot the universe after Secret Wars, merging The F4 and Deadpool universes while also bringing the X-Men into the mix. We’ll prob get another Doom, i don’t see Downey still in the MCU as Doom after both Avengers movies.
This might be Marvel trying to detach Iron Man from Downey so they can recast him after SW.

@ImNotaBot - I doubt they'll reboot, at best merge a few universes. I really don't think they'll throw out the MCU history.

As to your comment below, the OG Avengers showing up as villains in Doom's Cabal would be great. Maestro could definitely be part of it.

@bkmeijer1 - It might be a soft reboot to include X-Men, Deadpool and F4. Im expecting they’ll end all the multiverse stuff for good after SW and merge everything into the sacred timeline and a soft reboot could work.
Totally forgot about Cabal, it makes total sense Doom having his Cabal to face the multiverse heroes and Maestro would be pretty amazing.

@ImNotaBot - I think they will bring in some characters from the multiverse. Maybe their worlds ended in incursions and they needed a new place, but they will live in a world with MCU history intact.

I feel like him being cast as the Beyonder would have been better. A Tony Stark variant who used Kang Tech combined with his own to transcend space and time and eventually came to obliterate the council of Kangs. I feel like they are doing this with Doom but him being Victor Von Doom is strange. But if they cast other MCU heroes as various different characters from that doom universe it could work. Maybe making Chris Hemsworth a Johnny Blaze variant and so on.

@SonOfAGif - I was expecting them to use a Kang variant as the Beyonder for Avengers 5 and a Doom variant as his henchman, who'd take over as villain for Secret Wars.

By making Doom the villain for both though, I think it just works better. Whether it is Beyonder or Doom destroying the Council of Kangs and creating Battleworld, Secret Wars always needed God Emperor Doom.
